Filmon Shimondi is the rhythm keeper at the service bay. While others are still looking for their tools, he has already changed the oil filter and inspected the brake pads. This speed never comes at the expense of diligence – quite the opposite: his service protocols are so meticulous that Bosch auditors cite them as exemplary.
